Accelerator Programs

Hands-on film and media training programme that takes young people aged 16–25 from learners to working creatives. Through a three-phase structure — including a crash course, on-set experience, and an industry mentorship — participants gain real skills, build portfolios, and work on professional productions. The programme combines technical training with creative freedom, giving young talent the confidence, knowledge, and connections to break into the film industry. Every stage is designed to be practical, inclusive, and directly linked to real-world opportunities.

1

Set The Scene

( 3 day crash course): Introduces young people to the foundations of filmmaking. Participants explore real industry roles, learn how to operate cameras, storyboard scenes, and develop pitch decks—giving them a practical understanding of how stories come to life on screen. Delivered by working filmmakers, this fast-paced workshop builds confidence, sparks creativity, and prepares students for the next phase of hands-on production.

2

Lens Up

(6 Week Practical internship): This second phase is where your young people take everything they’ve learned and live it. The Lens Up 6-week practical internship can offer structure, progression, and excitement while continuing to build their technical confidence and creative vision. Program is designed to simulate real working experience while still offering structured learning and mentorship.
