GIJ NextGen is our youth-to-work talent programme designed to prepare young people aged 16–22 for real careers in the creative industries. Through hands-on training, on-set experience, mentoring, and professional development, participants gain the skills, confidence, and industry exposure needed to transition from education into paid work. GIJ NextGen focuses on real outcomes—film credits, references, and workplace readiness—creating a direct pipeline into employment and further opportunities.
